What We Cover
We cover the complete range of UAE residence and visit visas — Golden Visa, Freelance Visa, Jobseeker Visa, tourist visas, and specialist residency routes — matched to your specific circumstances.
Different visa categories have different eligibility requirements. We assess your situation and identify the most appropriate pathway before any application is initiated.
We prepare and submit all application documentation, liaising with the relevant UAE authorities — GDRFA, MOHRE, and ICA — on your behalf.
Visa status changes, cancellations, and transfers are processed as part of our ongoing PRO capability — not as separate or one-off engagements.
We track visa expiry dates and initiate renewal workflows in advance — reducing the risk of overstay or status lapse for individuals and their dependants.
Sponsoring a spouse, children, or parents under a UAE residence visa involves specific documentation and eligibility criteria. We manage family sponsorship alongside primary visa applications.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The UAE offers a range of residency and entry visas, including employment visas (sponsored by an employer), investor or partner visas (for business owners), the ten-year UAE Golden Visa, the UAE Freelance Visa, family/dependent visas, the UAE Retirement Visa, and short-term tourist and visit visas. Each category has different eligibility criteria, cost structures, and sponsorship requirements. We assess your situation and identify the most appropriate route.
Most UAE employment and investor residence visas are valid for two or three years. The UAE Golden Visa has a validity of ten years. Dependent family visas typically match the duration of the sponsor's visa. All UAE residence visas must be renewed before expiry. Holders must also ensure they do not remain outside the UAE for more than 180 consecutive days, as extended absence can cause the visa to lapse.
Yes. Holders of a valid UAE residence visa who meet a minimum salary threshold set by GDRFA (which varies by emirate and relationship) can sponsor a spouse, children under 18 (and daughters up to 21 in some circumstances), and parents. Dependent visa requirements include proof of accommodation, a marriage certificate for spouses, and birth certificates for children — all with appropriate attestation.
All UAE residency visa applicants are required to undergo a medical fitness test at a GDRFA-approved medical centre. The test typically includes a blood test for HIV and hepatitis B and C, a chest X-ray for tuberculosis screening, and may include additional tests depending on the applicant's profession. Results are processed directly within the GDRFA system. Applicants who test positive for certain conditions may be denied residency.
Living in the UAE without a valid residence visa is an overstay, subject to daily fines accruing from the expiry date. Overstays must be resolved before the individual can renew or apply for a new visa — and significant overstay fines must be settled. In some circumstances, the UAE government has offered amnesty programmes allowing individuals to regularise or exit without penalty. We advise on the current rules and assist with regularisation.
Yes. Business owners and company investors can hold investor visas without being employed. The UAE also has retirement visas for those aged 55 or over with qualifying financial assets. The Golden Visa does not require employment sponsorship and is self-sponsored. Freelance permit holders can also obtain a UAE residence visa through their freelance licence — provided the relevant authority permits it.
